Awareness of who we are as Children of God.

Not all gifts have ribbons on them.

We need the ability to feel, from greatest JOY to the most bitter PAIN to truly appreciate the middle.

Look foward to God's provision and intervention in our lives.

How do we know that we are on the right track, or path so to speak?

Who is Jesus to Me?

Decision Making - Not what we look forward to...but still must be done what are some things to consider when faced with decisions?

We are pleased to receive your Prayer Requests

Others have requested we join them in prayer

Thanks and Praises for answered prayer

Have you forgotten how to have fun?

Stop taking your self so seriously, it's ok to laugh at yourself sometimes.

There is nothing magical about prayer.

It is a communication between our Heavenly Father and us.

He talks and we listen. We talk, he listens.

Scripture tells us that God knows our thoughts, he knows our wants and needs.

Commit to pray daily for the following things for 6 months:

Acknowledge that your are a gift from God and thank him for that gift.

(In my case I know God has a sense of humor but -I don’t always feel much like a gift to me or anyone else.   Your Heavenly Father created you and I in his own image and he called all creation good.)

Thank Your Heavenly Father for the gift of life.

(You may not always know why, what the purpose is for your life and that’s ok.  God knows why he created you, he makes NO mistakes.  Keep seeking his face and his will – he will guide and direct you.)

Thank Your Heavenly Father for the gift of emotions.

(Whether you are feeling joy, anger, hurt, disappointment or discouragement…you are feeling, you have the ability to feel.)

Thank Your Heavenly Father for relationships.

(When we come together we gain a greater perspective of ourselves and of others.  It’s so easy to become self-centered; narrow minded when we refuse to look beyond ourselves.  When we least expect it He brings those into our lives for a time, a season to be blessed by us and to bless us.)

Thank Your Heavenly Father for your mate.

If you have a mate, it is easy to forget that they too are a gift.
Maybe you don’t have a mate, thank Him for your singleness and seek His direction.
Maybe in your singleness you would choose to be married.
Pray for the mate your Heavenly Father has for you.
Thank him for this person.
Pray that this person would know Christ as Lord and Savior.

In prayer you open your life for God to work.

There are no guarantees that what we ask in prayer we will receive.  Sometimes the answer to our prayer is not now, or not yet and sometimes the answer is no.  We need to trust in Him and trust that in knowing the end from the beginning, He knows what is best for us.  I can only tell you that when committed in prayer doors open that you could have never imagined.
